Lately I have missed blogging.  A lot.  Its crazy how much I’ve missed all my fellow bloggers too (bloglines is such a wonderful tool – I have missed so much though!)

I am not sure who will see this or if I will still have any readers, but I just wanted to give this another try.  Things are going to be a bit different though. My focus is going to go away from just posting about Elizabeth, and more to my life in general and my goal of finding that balance that I so need!

My last post was over a year ago….crazy!  So much has changed since then,  I don’t even know where to begin!  Most recently, we have moved again and we are now living in a house that is nearly twice the square footage (literally!!!) of where we were and not a townhouse!!  Its been a wonderful change for us, and we have all been happier with the space and change.  In fact, this was the change that I needed to finally get off the antidepressants that I had been on since Elizabeth was born!  We’ve been here for 2 months now and are all happier than ever!

We are still a family of three – with no plans of a sibling for Elizabeth yet.  I feel our family has been completed at 3, and there may never be another one to join us.  But of course, plans change and we’ll see how we feel in a year or so.

Elizabeth is going to be 3 in a couple of weeks – I can hardly believe it! Time sure flies!  Here is my blue eyed beauty, my big girl!

My weight struggles are still here on a day to day basis – I am at my peak weight ever (thanks depression!)  But I’m working on it, slowly but surely.  I did have foot surgery to fix my bunion on my right foot last Tuesday however, so that has put a damper on my activity levels!  I am doing light upper body work but I’m on crutches for 3 more weeks :(   But all in good faith, this surgery will be tough to recover from but will allow me to start running again without the immmense pain I used to get.

I hope to hear from some of my old blog readers  – I have missed you all and thought of you all many times!  And now to go update my blogroll and get reading, I have a lot of catching up to do!
